"Kappa Sigma boasts having the oldest history of any fraternity, having its original European roots dating back to the 1400s. Nowadays, we pride ourselves in being the most preferred fraternity in North America for the last 6 years running. Our members are diverse and come from all backgrounds, making our group versatile and unique. Within our group, you will meet tons of individuals who you would have probably never met through classes at school. Whether it be law, engineering, medicine, education, fine arts - you name it, you are bound to meet a Kappa Sigma in that profession.

Our values are scholarship, leadership, fellowship, and service. You came to school to get an education. As such, our top and foremost priority is making sure you are not deprived of getting that education. Our international awards over $250,000 in scholarships annally, and has a multitude of other resources to help you along your university career. Contrary to popular belief, drinking games and partying are not this fraternity's top concern, but rather social networking, having mixers with the women's fraternities, being active on campus and in intramurals, as well as supporting the local organizations such as the Sexual Assault Center of Edmonton."
